THE FAMILY. We were a strange little band of characters trudging through life sharing diseases and toothpaste, coveting one another's desserts, hiding shampoo, borrowing money, locking each other out of our rooms, inflicting pain and kissing to heal it in the same instant, loving, laughing, defending, and trying to figure out the common thread that bound us all together. ~Erma Bombeck

Soccer Practice

Every week we get the pleasure of going to soccer practice for two hours straight.  Cole's practice is from 5:30 to 6:30, and Mia's is from 6:30 until 7:30.  Cole loves it (Mia is luke warm about it), but it's great to get outside in the nice weather as a family.  Although I have to admit, the little ones aren't the only ones getting a little bored sitting there.  I took some photos with my phone, waiting for the time to pass.

Ella is almost walking, but she's still so nervous, so crawling is her transportation of choice.  But the grass is too uncomfortable for her knees, so she crawls around like a bear on her hands and feet.  It's so funny!

They look like buddies, but they fight more than anyone else.  Will this get any better?

Mia is such a doll.

I love Ella's "mode of transportation" and it's great to see the other kids, too.

Darling! All of them. Maybe someday you will look back on the picture of Cole and Luke and only remember the times that they were friends? Yeah.
