ROCKET LAUNCH

Cole did a great job assembling one of his rockets.  He still has another one to put together, but we decided to launch this first one before tackling that project.  Just so we can learn from our mistakes.

This is the picture we took, just before the launch.  The Dustin family joined us and we had a great time.  It was a beautiful day.


Our first attempt was unsuccessful because we forgot to remove the safety cap.  The rocket stayed on the launch pad the whole time.  It was pretty funny.  So we put in a new engine and tried again.  Here's how it went. 



We launched the rocket three times and were successful twice.  It was such a great experience.  Makes me want to build more rockets with my kids.
